How do I Convert My eTools account to a Monthly Pass eTools account?

 

If you forgot to activate my Monthly Pass Starter Voucher within 7 days

You can complete your sign-up at www.weightwatchers.com/startmonthlypass. Remember the sooner you complete your sign-up for the Monthly Pass on our website, the sooner you can start using Weight Watchers eTools to help you stay on track between meetings.

The Monthly Pass Starter Voucher can be activated over the phone. Please contact Weight Watchers Customer Service at 800-221-2112. You will be given a Temporary Pass number. This number can be used to sign-in at your meeting.

Saturday: Saturday 10:00 am until 4:00 pm (central)

What to do if you do not wish to activate your Monthly Pass Starter Voucher:

The Cancellation Notice is located on the back of the Monthly Pass Starter Voucher.

1) Follow instructions on back of Monthly Pass Starter Voucher and mail to address listed below.

Ask your Leader or Receptionist for a copy of our Monthly Pass Cancellation Policy.

1) Fill out the Cancellation Notice located on the bottom of the Monthly Pass Cancellation Policy Page.

2) Check the box under reason for cancellation “Did not complete sign-up on the website”

3) Mail the Monthly Pass Cancellation Policy with the unused Starter Voucher to:

If you've misplaced or lost your Monthly Pass Starter Voucher

Please fax or mail proof of purchase with an explanation of what happened.

You can send one or more of the following items as proof of purchase:

A copy of your purchase receipt.

A copy of your billing statement.

A copy of your Leader Card showing you purchased the Monthly Pass.

Customer Service will contact you by e-mail or phone with a new Access Code so that you can complete your sign-up for the Monthly Pass on our website. In the meantime, you will need to pay the regular weekly fee in order to attend your meetings.

If you keep getting the message, “INVALID ACCESS CODE”

The Access Code found on your voucher can only be used once.  After the first use, accessing eTools requires the user name and password you selected during the sign up.

If you are certain that your Access Code has not been used before, please verify that you are:

1. Entering the code in the correct boxes and you are entering all the digits exactly as they are written on the voucher. Do not include any additional characters like spaces or hyphens.

2. On the correct sign up page at www.weightwatchers.com/startmonthlypass.

The Access Code will not work if you are using it for Weight Watchers eTools or Weight Watchers Online sign-up processes.

If this does not help, please contact Weight Watchers Customer Service at

1-800-221-2112 and provide the Access Code exactly as it is written on your Monthly Pass Starter Voucher.

How to convert your eTools account to a Monthly Pass eTools account

To prevent a double Monthly Pass purchase, you must convert your eTools account first before entering the Monthly Pass Starter Voucher Access Code. This is how to get started:

1.  Log-in to your current eTools account using your user name and password set up for that account

2.  Click “Account Settings” link located at the top right of the webpage

3.  Enter your password again.

4.  On the left side of the webpage located under My Account, click the link “Switch plan type to Monthly Pass.”

5.  Under Start the switch process now, enter the Access Code located on your Monthly Pass Starter Voucher, then click “Submit.”
